Our fees are generally charged at an hourly rate and will therefore be dependant on the amount of work required. However fixed fee and capped fee agreements can be arranged for all or part of a case. No matter what, we promise to keep you regularly updated of the legal fees so that you do not receive any unexpected bills. |

| Legal fees relating to the administration of an estate are, like funeral expenses, considered to be a testamentary expense. This means that the fees are payable from the estate of the deceased and will usually be deducted from the estate funds. |
